Qualifications & Experience	I) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering II) Post Diploma in Chemical Process instruments &Control is preferable. At least 5 yrs Hands on experience in different fabrication and characterization techniques used for polymer matrix composite products. Should have specific experience in programming, operating, and performing routine maintenance of 6 axis CNC filament winding machine with CadfILL software, should be conversant with handling the equipment used for RTM, infusion and VARTM process, should be able to operate, program and routine maintenance work of a 300 ton automated Hydraulic Press . Familiarity and experience in operating different polymer characterization equipment including UTM, DSC, and Rheometer are highly desirable.
